Thanks Kristine and J. Scott for your helpful comments. Note also that this is proposed as a rotating time. So, meetings would rotate between 1700 and 1900 UTC – unless, of course, the RPM Data Sub Team would prefer to choose 1700 UTC for all meetings (or 1730 UTC). There was a slight preference for the 1900 UTC time. To your question J. Scott, I don’t know of a reason why we couldn’t have a call at the half hour, but I’ll defer to our Secretariat staff in case they know of a reason. Kind regards, Julie From: "J. All, Further to this thread, staff is getting feedback that having a non-rotating call at 1730 UTC is trending as the preference. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any objections to moving the call to that time on Fridays.
