Analysis Tool
As mentioned during the call yesterday, staff created an analysis tool to facilitate the Sub Team’s
analysis as to whether, and how, the previously collected Sunrise data answer each of the final agreed Charter questions:

HOW TO USE THE TOOL:
- Source Tab includes direct download links to the
Sunrise related data collected between December 2016 and March 2018, including reports, slides, and other documents. They are the same documents as those mentioned in the
Summary Table.
- Sunrise
Tab includes
excerpts, as well as the relevant page/slide reference, from the previously collected data that staff believe may assist in answering the final agreed Charter questions. Summaries of the excerpts are included in Column B.
- NOTE: The excerpts cited by Staff are based on our own understanding of the previously collected data. They are meant to speed up the Sub Team’s review of the data,
but are not meant to be the only information that Sub Team should review. Sub Team members are encouraged to download and reference the actual documents, linked from the
Source Tab, to cite relevant information that may help answer the final agreed Charter questions.
Sub Team Homework:
By Tuesday, 29 January 2019 at 17:00 UTC, the Sunrise Sub Team is tasked to provide input in the Google Docs set up for:
INSTRUCTION:
- When providing input, please note the source name and page/slide number of the previously collected data.
- By the deadline, the Google Docs will be locked to prevent further editing and their PDFs will be circulated to the Sub Team. Staff will accept and indicate the new input in
the Google Doc for the ease of viewing.
