Dear Sunrise Sub Team Members,

On behalf of the Sub Team Co-Chairs, staff are sharing the draft summary table that reflects the Sub Team’s discussions/comments on all three sets of data related to Sunrise, with a view toward answering the agreed Charter questions. Please find the document attached.

Under each Charter question, the following section is included in the summary table:

1. “Data” refers to the data quoted by Sub Team members in their input/comments.
2. “Details” points to the Google Doc homework assignments where Sub Team members provide their input/comments; high level notes of Sub Team meeting discussions are also included in the Google Docs.
3. “Sub Team Discussions” points to the wiki page link(s) of Sub Team meeting(s) when the Charter question was discussed.
4. “Summary of Discussions/Comments” is a summary of comments/input provided by the Sub Team members via the Google Docs and Sub Team meetings.
5. “Not Applicable” refers to the situation where the data reviewed do not really assist in answering the Charter question.   

Please be so kind to review the draft summary table and if you find any inaccuracy/omission/mischaracterization of the summary of the discussion, please provide suggested revision via the mailing list by COB Thursday, 07 March. The goal is to share the summary table with the full WG prior to the start of ICANN64.

In addition, staff also attached the draft slides to be used for the full WG session on Sunday, 10 March at 15:15-16:45 (local time). The slide deck includes the draft slides for the Sunrise Sub Team’s reporting to the full WG about its data review, including very high-level summary of the comments/discussions of Sub Team members.
