Dear Sunrise Sub Team members,

Per staff action item, we created worksheets via Google Docs to assist the Sub Team review in its analysis as whether, and how, the Analysis Group survey results answer each of the final agreed Charter questions. Instructions:

• Each Charter Question has its own worksheet, which includes a table for Sub Team members to complete in the “suggesting” mode.
• Sunrise Charter questions 2, 4, 5, 8, 11, and 12 were directly included in Analysis Group’s development of the surveys. On their worksheets, staff included the tab/cell reference to the Survey Analysis Tool that contains some of the survey data relevant to answering those questions.
• The agreed Sunrise Preamble Charter Question and Sunrise Charter questions 1, 3, 6, 7, 9, and 10 were not directly included in developing the surveys. They are nevertheless included in the Sub Team review as the survey results may be relevant to answering those agreed Charter questions.
• When providing input, please note your name and tab title/cell number (if applicable) as reflected in the Survey Analysis Tool.

Sub Team Homework:

• Staff have included notes captured during the call on Wednesday, 19 December in the worksheet as an example.
• By the deadline, the worksheet will be locked to prevent further editing and a PDF version will be circulated to the Sub Team.
