Please see the agenda below and the attached summary table for the meeting on Wednesday, 10 April at 18:00 UTC.  Here is a proposed Draft Agenda below.

1. Review agenda/updates to Statements of Interest (SOIs)
2. Development of Preliminary Recommendations:
   1. Discuss individual proposals relating to question 3 (see individual proposals at: https://community.icann.org/x/R6EWBg) -- #7, #10, #11
   2. Begin discussion of preliminary recommendations and individual proposals for question 4 -- #7 and #11

NOTE: If any Sub Team member knows they will miss the 03 April meeting could they please consider emailing any suggested preliminary recommendations to the Sub Team list.  Please note also the homework from the last meeting:

1. Sub Team members should review the questions, beginning with Question 4 (see attached summary table) and suggest preliminary recommendations.
2. Sub Team members should review individual proposals: See https://community.icann.org/x/R6EWBg (top half of the table on the wiki page includes the Sunrise related individual proposals)
3. Staff will draft language for preliminary recommendations for which proposals have been discussed (1, 2, 3, and 7)
