Description: Part 3: The GNSO’s Review of All Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs) Policy Development Process (PDP) Working Group was chartered in March 2016 to conduct a two-phased PDP. In Phase One, which is ongoing,
the Working Group is reviewing all the RPMs that were developed for the 2012 New gTLD Program. This includes developing possible recommendations concerning the use and effectiveness of the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) Sunrise and Trademark Claims RPMs. In
the third of four open community sessions being held at ICANN64, the RPM Sunrise Sub Team will begin development of preliminary recommendations relating to Sunrise RPMs. All interested community members are welcome to attend this session.
