Hello Maxim, Thank you for your suggestion! May staff suggest this alternative approach – Sub Team members are welcome to provide comment directly via the mailing list, and indicate the cell number that their comment is related to (e.g., G30 – column G, row 30). Staff then will compile and organize the comments in the spreadsheet. To allow Sub Team members to directly write their comments in the spreadsheet, everyone will need edit access. There may be a risk that someone may inadvertently delete or modify someone else’s comment. Hence, staff encourage Sub Team members to provide your comments on the mailing list, so they are on the record and we can later organize them on the spreadsheet for clarity. Meanwhile, we will pull your comments onto the spreadsheet in a separate column (they are hidden in the cells). Thank you for your input!
