It looks like the document is Google’s public comment to ICANN, on the draft report that had been prepared by ICANN staff on the RPMs. The Draft Report was published for public comment in February 2015, to which all the comments received were analyzed by ICANN staff in preparing the Final Report, published in September 2015 (see https://www.icann.org/public-
comments/rpm-review-2015-02- . You can see a list of all the public comments that were received (including Google’s) here: https://forum.icann.org/lists/02-en) comments-rpm-review-02feb15/ .
The Final Report was one of the background papers used both for the Issue Report that scoped out the issues for our current Policy Development Process as well as to frame the Charter that the GNSO Council voted on to launch our work. As such, staff has already listed this report as a source for our Sub Team and the Working Group: https://community.icann.org/x/

Here is a report by Google about Rights Protection Mechanism (RPM) Review Draft Report(2015), I found while I was looking for public information on the internet . It provides Google's answers to some of ICANN's questions related to the TMH, sunrise period ,trademark claims services, the URS,and the PDDRP. Maybe even if it doesn't answer some of our specific questions it can hint us and provide us with a registrar's point of view .I hope it can be helpful .

In advance of the next RPM TMCH sub team, which will be held on Friday, 05 August 2016 at 15:00 UTC for 60 minutes, staff would propose the following agenda items for the meeting:
1. Roll call/updates to SOI;
2. Review of notes from meeting with Analysis team;
3. Discussion of further data which should be sought from TMCH providers;
4. Discussion and planning of report to be made to full WG;
