Hi all

Please find the attached review of the charter questions, as discussed last week.  It is a little rough and ready – very much initial thoughts but if the wider group thinks it is a worthwhile exercise we could brainstorm this on the call.  I certainly would expect that as a wider group we could improve on this.  I think the charter questions are the most important since we (by which I mean the wider PDP) are tasked with considering them.  Some of the other questions identified in Helsinki or within the WG are also beneficial to consider, although there is some overlap/duplication and for some it is either difficult to see what the question is getting at or it is something for the wider WG to address once the other questions have been considered.
