The notes are as follows: Page 1 ACTION STAFF: Check with Deloitte that totals are cumulative or not; Define the meaning of "expired marks"; How are marks cancelled in the national registries handled at the TMCH level; Clarify that this is the number of trademarks submitted and not the number of labels or the SMD files listed. Page 2 ACTION STAFF: Is it possible to get a break down of where the corporate headquarters of those using TM agents to submit to the TMCH are located? Find out how much of this info CCT-RT is also gathering Page 3/4 ACTION STAFF: Update the data when it is available from Deloitte and IBM ACTION SUB-TEAM: To consider what data, if any the sub-team would like to obtain from Donuts and other DPML-like providers. To return to this issue at next meeting. Page 6 ACTION STAFF: Were there outreach efforts to registrants or tradework owners? To whom were outreach efforts made? Page 7 ACTION STAFF: Have the figures been corrected to take account of incorrect usage? May not be possible - most up to date is AG numbers, so ask AG for the raw numbers from which they derived the percentages. Staff to investigate. Looking at correct claims notice statistics for registrar gaming and registrant turn-back in relation to chilling effect, staff to draft this into next iteration of List of Questions for TMCH Providers, Registrars and Registries.
