The notes and actions are as follows: ITEM 1 Staff to redraft existing tabular data sheet as follows: · Include introduction- publicly available data gathered for the working group by staff, including most recently available data (stating sources) inquiries continuing and update as more data becomes available. · Include explanatory note that sunrise transactions same as registrations · TM claims notice (pg. 7) clarify parenthesis (up to [date]) · Add short bibliography of types of materials. ACTION: Staff to amend and share with ST prior to forwarding to co-chairs. ITEM 2 ST undertook walk-through of revised draft of questions. Amend Questions for registrars (5): insert "please explain why" at top of question prior to sub-points. Finalisation - accept changes and ST to deal with final remaining questions (contained in comments) ACTION: (1) Kurt to email staff requesting them to look at URS and UDRP proceedings to see where decision were taken on mark [+key word] or mark [+plural] and (2) ST to review latest draft and pick up at TMCH Providers next week.
