To follow up on the last Working Group call, please find attached the following documents which we hope will be helpful in the discussion over “whether the TMCH as it operates today fulfills the requirements of the Applicant Guidebook for the 2012 New gTLD Program round” (Agenda Item #3 from last week, deferred for discussion on the upcoming call on 1 March):

· The final TMCH framework document, as published in the final version of the Applicant Guidebook for the 2012 New gTLD Program (June 2012);

· The report from the GNSO Special Trademark Issues (STI) Review Team (December 2009); and

· A staff-compiled Chronological Table of TMCH Developments, outlining the major steps, documents and milestones in the evolution of the TMCH

All the above documents have also been uploaded to the Working Group wiki space, at https://community.icann.org/x/0AusAw (for the first two documents), and https://community.icann.org/x/_pHRAw (for the staff table).
