Hello, All!

I am looking forward to being part of this working group.  I've watched the intros go by with interest, so I figured I would add mine to the pile.

I am an intellectual property and technology lawyer in private practice in New York.  Last month, I joined the McCarter & English law firm as a member of its "IP/IT" practice.  My practice includes Internet and domain name matters, online (and offline) brand protection, all sorts of IP/Tech transactions (licensing, acquisitions, development, distribution, outsourcing, SaaS, cloud, etc.), IP/Tech issues in mergers & acquisitions, various flavors of trademark/copyright/right of publicity counseling, and web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

I am a member of the Intellectual Property Constituency, which I currently serve as President.  I've been a member since 2007.  I am also a member of the Internet Committee of INTA (which I have been for all but 3 years since 2004).

I'll refrain from making any policy or position statements at this time.

Hi folks,

(resending the email from this morning, as the mailing list now
appears to be working properly)

I've followed ICANN for many years, and am volunteering on this
