Dear all,

Just a gentle reminder that only Working Group members can join Sub Teams and participate on all calls. We’ve had a couple of experiences with non-members trying to join Sub Team calls because they were informed of the call by a Working Group member – please remember that Working Group and Sub Team calls are not open to non-members. All Sub Team calls – like Working Group calls – are recorded and transcribed, and published to the wiki space, so that Observers and non-participants can follow the work that way.

If you know of someone who is interested in participating in the work of a Sub Team or our overall Working Group, staff is happy to assist them with signing up to the Working Group and filling out the requisite Statement of Interest.
