Just to clarify, the question is: how many Sunrise registrations are needed to justify having the mechanism in place? (See the subject line of this note)
This question was presented in light of the proposition that we are seeing an insufficient number of Sunrise registrations per TLD. So if you think the answer is zero then we've met the threshold.
Or are you answering a different question? On that basis, may I inquire which question you are answering?

Answer: 0 (zero). Sunrise is not fit for its original purpose. Few legitimate trademarks are being submitted. There is evidence of abuse in sunrise registrations. More importantly, the notice process seems more than sufficient to address the legitimate concerns.

I'm going to use an extreme example to illustrate my point.
If 1,000,000 new gTLDs are launched in the next round, how many Sunrise registrations do think there should be order to reach the "success" threshold?
