Dear members of the RPM PDP WG,

On behalf of David McAuley and Greg Shatan, Co-Chairs of the Sunrise Sub Team, please see below the weekly progress report to the full RPM PDP WG.  Greg acted as chair during the meeting on Thursday, 02 May.  

Current Status:

The Sub Team continued discussion of preliminary recommendations and review of individual proposals with respect to the Sunrise Charter questions.  See the Charter questions and the summary table on the wiki at: https://community.icann.org/display/RARPMRIAGPWG/Documents%2C+Drafts%2C+Responses%2C+RPM+WG+Sub+Team+for+Sunrise+Data+Review.

At the meeting on 02 May the Sub Team continued discussion of tentative preliminary recommendations with respect to question 6 with related individual proposals #2 and #4.   See individual proposals at: https://community.icann.org/x/R6EWBg.  In addition, the Sub Team Co-Chairs agreed to open a discussion thread on the list on question 6 with related individual proposals #2 and #4  

For the meeting on 08 May, the Sub Team will begin discussion of agreed Sunrise Charter Question 8, as well as Sunrise Charter Question 9 in conjunction with Proposal #13.  If time permits, the Sub Team will begin discussion of Sunrise Charter Question 10.

Next Steps:

Per the attached revised timeline in the Proposed Process for TMCH Sunrise & Trademark Claims Sub Teams, based on current progress the Sub Team is projected to complete the development of preliminary recommendations based on all data reviewed to date and the review of individual proposals by not later than ICANN65, with a goal to finish earlier.
