Thank you, Mary.

Mike, it’s already processed – it’s a graph of a subset of the data.

The problem we have to solve is; it has been suggested that there are too many proposals to maximize the public input value. The whole point of this discussion later today is to see if some of the non viable, duplicative, or non-mutually exclusive proposals can be adjusted or removed to achieve a set of proposals that will optimize public engagement without losing any valuable insight.

Uniquely the IPC accounts for 40%-45% of the input. Which means the public interest in publishing or not publishing some of the proposals in the middle of the distribution may possibly be very different (or not).

It was a very straightforward request of simply being able to discount or determine that particular data insight on the call later today - doesn’t change the information it just makes us all better informed which usually aids discussions and as such may help us achieve the best outcomes.

Hope this helps in the future, but as Mary said earlier it isn’t possible anyway.

Best regards, Paul.

+1 to this. I thought we had discussed publishing the raw response data? Why does it need to be processed in this way at all?

Hi Ariel,

Thank you for the very helpful summary report, for a survey that only closed the day before that was extremely efficient!

At the moment the elephant in the room is hiding in full view, with this in mind would it be possible to produce the bar chart on page 4 in two shades of blue? One for the IPC and one for all others, so working group members can get a feel for broad support v block support in our discussions later today?

Best regards,

Paul.

Dear WG Members,

Following up on Julie’s message, please see the draft slide deck that provides a high-level overview of the URS individual proposal survey results. A total of 27 RPM members have responded to the survey. Please see more detail in the slide deck.

Staff also have the raw survey data and can share that following the presentation of the survey results after tomorrow’s session.

Thank you,

Ariel
