Hi Brian,

Mary may be traveling, so let me give this one a try. We are meeting with Council (RPM Co-Chairs and SubPro Co-Chairs and perhaps other Co-Chairs) this Sunday to discuss timelines, progress so far, expected dates for reports, etc. That's when we expect reaction to these postings may come.  In the meantime, we expect most people are traveling.

Please find below and attached the first report to the GNSO Council from our Working Group, relating to the status of work on the Sunrise and Trademark Claims data collection effort that the Council approved in September 2017. The Council resolution approving that request expressly includes a further request that an initial update be provided by the Working Group co-chairs by December 2017 (this took place at the Council’s December 2017 meeting), with monthly written reports thereafter.

Please find attached the first report from the RPM Review PDP Working Group, summarizing where things stand with the extensive data collection effort that the Council approved in September 2017, for the Sunrise and Trademark Claims RPMs. You may recall that the Council’s approval also expressly requested monthly reports beginning in January 2018. As the Request for Proposal was issued at the end of January, with interested potential vendors beginning to engage in February, the report consolidates the January and February activities. It also includes the full RFP timeline.
