Dear all,

Please find attached: (1) the slides that were used for the staff briefing on the Trademark Post-Delegation Dispute Resolution Procedure (Trademark PDDRP); and (2) the questions that were compiled based on Working Group members’ discussion of the Trademark PDDRP. These have also been uploaded to the group’s wiki space.

The list of questions is divided into three sections, with Section I listing those questions that WG members raised for further consideration by the WG during our current review of the Trademark PDDRP. Section II lists those questions that WG members noted on the Wednesday call as those to be sent to the three Providers for their input, and Section III contains an additional general suggestion that was raised at the end of the call.

Staff has contacted all three Providers regarding either their live participation on the next WG call next Wednesday, or their provision of feedback in writing before then.

For Observers – as noted previously, all WG calls are recorded and transcribed.
