Phil asked me on this morning’s call to send to list a suggestion I made in chat regarding Question 1 under “Effect of Court Proceedings” in the “Consolidated Questions to URS Providers – 24 April 2018” document.

Here is what I suggest as a tweak to the original question: 

To your knowledge, have there been instances of legal proceedings relating to URS proceedings and, if so, what effect did such instance(s) have?
