Please note the following times that are being proposed by the Working Group’s prospective leadership team for the next call (which will include Observers) and the regular Working Group meetings that will begin in the week of 9 May (which will be limited to Members only):

Next week only:

Wednesday 4 May, 2230 UTC (Members and Observers)

Beginning the week of 9 May:

Members’ rotational meetings to be scheduled every Wednesday, with three Wednesday meetings at 1600 UTC (0900 Pacific; 1200 Eastern; 1700 London; 1800 Johannesburg; 0000 HK/Singapore, 0200 Sydney/Melbourne) and every fourth meeting at 2100 UTC (1400 Pacific; 1700 Eastern; 2200 London; 2300 Johannesburg; 0500 HK/Singapore; 0700 Sydney/Melbourne).

We realize that with the size of our Working Group and the geographical spread of our membership, it will likely be impossible to find times that will work for everyone. As such, Members are asked to provide any objections or other feedback on the proposed regular meeting times via email to this mailing list (or if you prefer, privately to ICANN staff) by Monday 2 May so that the proposed co-chairs can consider all views on the matter.
