Dear all,
Here are the proposed agendas for each of the four (4) RPM Working Group sessions to be held at ICANN61. While there may be some further adjustments, staff are circulating them now so that you can note them
on your own schedules.
Saturday 10 March, 15.15-16.45: Session #1 (in Room 104)
Saturday 10 March, 17.00-18.30: Session #2 (in Room 104)
Sunday 11 March, 17.00-18.30: Session #3 (in Room 208-BC)
Thursday 15 March, 08.30-10.15: Session #4 (in Room 103-A)
Remote participation for all four sessions and other scheduling details were circulated previously (see below). Staff will also update the session descriptions on the main meeting website shortly with these
agendas and any materials that the Sub Teams wish to share. Each of these Sub Teams have a section on the Working Group wiki space where you can find notes and recordings of their meetings to date, and draft documents:

Subject: RPM Working Group session schedule at ICANN61
Dear all,
Following up on Nathalie’s very useful email below, please be sure to check the ICANN61 Meeting Schedule for all the sessions you are interested in attending (either in person or remotely):
https://61.schedule.icann.org/meetings. Each of our Working Group’s session links include a short session description (which staff will update following confirmation from our co-chairs of the topics to be
covered for each session), the Adobe Connect room link and the Policy Briefing Paper that staff has prepared for attendees (the same is true for all other GNSO Policy Development Process working groups).
Please also bookmark this other page, that lists all the remote participation details, phone-in conference bridge number (in the last tab) and specific passcodes for each of the GNSO’s sessions (including
those for our Working Group): https://community.icann.org/x/3wC8B.
We hope to provide everyone with more specific details on what will be covered in each of the four sessions that have been allocated to our Working Group soon. For your convenient reference, these sessions
are scheduled to take place as follows (all times local to Puerto Rico):
Thanks and cheers

Subject: [gnso-rpm-wg] ICANN61: GNSO Sessions How to Get Organized and Remote Participation Details
The one-stop wiki page for all your Remote Participation queries
is now available. This wiki page covers remote participation details for all GNSO open and public meetings.
In addition to this, ICANN meetings’ team has put together a new ICANN meeting website which allows you to download all GNSO-related meetings to your inbox calendar
in one go.
2 LINKS TO BOOKMARK NOW:
ICANN61
Meeting Schedule[61.schedule.icann.org]
GNSO
Remote Participation wiki page[community.icann.org]
Step 1 – Create a profile and your personalized ICANN61 schedule
Go to the Meeting Schedule webpage and create a profile and login. Every session on the schedule can be selected and added to your individual schedule by clicking
the Add box to the bottom right of each meeting, this adds it to your individual schedule which you can then email to yourself or add to your calendar. See next step.
Step 2
- There are two ways to import your schedule into Outlook:
once you’ve added all your chosen meetings to “My Schedule” go to Export.
1. Importing creates a one-time snapshot of your schedule and copies it into Outlook. If you subsequently make changes to your Pathable calendar, they will
not be reflected in Outlook.
2. Subscribing creates a live feed of your schedule in Outlook. Outlook checks for changes every few hours and updates your calendar appropriately.
Step 3
All Adobe Connect rooms (which can be found on the session information on the
Meeting
Schedule and on the
GNSO
Remote Participation wiki page) will provide audio streaming only Adobe Connect room microphones will
not be enabled. If you cannot join an Adobe Connect room for a session, and will need to dial in with your phone, please refer to the
GNSO
Remote Participation wiki page for the audio pass codes and dial in numbers. Please also follow the previous steps
if you wish to take part in the session over the phone.
Step 4
Please download the mobile app by searching for “ICANN61” in your app stores.
Nathalie Peregrine and Julie Bisland will be onsite in San Juan to assist you directly. For all GNSO meeting related queries (RP or others), please email us at:
gnso-secs@icann.org and
we will be more than happy to assist!
