As follow up from the Working Group call that was just held, here are the links to the additional documents that were mentioned and that Working Group participants may wish to review before we reconvene at ICANN57.

In relation to the first document – a compilation of several Working Group members’ contributions regarding perceived registry conduct that might come within the scope of the TM-PDDRP – Working Group members may wish to consider those examples together with the results of the Community Survey. The second document is an updated list of potential questions that can be sent to ICANN Compliance regarding the TM-PDDRP. This updated list was worked on by a couple of Working Group volunteer members in September. As you may recall, the Working Group had agreed to consider whether or not to follow up with Compliance on this topic, following the Working Group’s review of the Community Survey responses.
