Dear All

The co-chairs have formed the view that the next three weeks will be an important planning time as we review the TMCH, Sunrise Period and TM Claims and their Charter questions -- and plan a path together forward.

In light of this today’s meeting will adopt the following format:

(1) Overview and discussion of the TMCH; and

(2) Overview and discussion of the associated Charter questions.
