Dear WG members,

As noted at the end of last week’s WG meeting, the WG will need additional meetings beginning in July 2020 in order to address the recommendations and questions deferred to it by Sub Groups A and B.  These deferred items were not previously accounted for in the Work Plan so in order to accommodate them it is necessary to move to twice-weekly meetings. 

Per the alert you will have received from the GNSO Secretariat, the RPMs PDP WG Co-Chairs have revised the RPMs PDP WG schedule for July 2020 to move to two 90-minute meetings per week, beginning next week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1300 and 1700 UTC respectively. (These were the time slots for Sub Groups A and B, which were already on the schedule for July, and which have been canceled as the Sub Groups have completed their work.)  As a result, the WG meetings on Wednesdays have been cancelled for the last two weeks in July. 

This is the schedule for upcoming meetings in July 2020:

• Wednesday, 15 July 2020 at 17:00 UTC for 90 minutes (this invitation has already been sent)
• Tuesday, 21 July 2020 at 13:00 UTC for 90 minutes
• Thursday, 23 July 2020 at 17:00 UTC for 90 minutes
• Tuesday, 28 July 2020 at 13:00 UTC for 90 minutes
• Thursday, 30 July 2020 at 17:00 UTC for 90 minutes

Please update your calendars accordingly.  Email invites will be sent closer to the meetings.
