Scott since the infancy of the IPC, through the Santiago Chile ICANN meeting from which the creation of the UDRP commenced, and as the chair of the IRT, I can say I have come across few people in the ICANN world like J. Scott that come to each issue first and foremost fully educated about all sides of the issue, and with an open mind and an eye toward achieving consensus.
