Dear all, Following up on the discussion on our last Working Group call (20 December 2017), the staff understanding of what was generally agreed to as the methodology for reviewing the URS is as follows: 1. The Working Group will agree on a list of topics to be addressed (starting with the initial list of suggested topics that are captured in the current draft discussed on the last call, and noting that additional topics may be agreed to and included); and 2. The Working Group will agree on a set of standardized questions to be asked of and applied to each of the agreed topics (starting with the initial list of 5 template questions contained in the current draft, and noting that one or more may need to be modified, deleted or added to for specific questions. In addition, the Working Group will still need to discuss the co-chairs’ statement on URS review (also contained in the current draft document under discussion). Our expectation is that the Working Group will discuss the list of topics (Step 1, above) and the list of standardized questions (Step 2), in addition to the co-chairs’ statement, on the call on 3 January.
