Re: [gnso-rpm-wg] GNSO RPM Working Group Introductions/SOI
Hi everyone I am an intellectual property attorney and partner in a large African IP firm Adams & Adams, practicing from its Cape Town office in South Africa. I specialise in contentious IP matters locally and internationally with a focus on domain name abuse. I have actively served as a WIPO panelist since 2002 and am also a senior adjudicator of the South African Intellectual Property Institute, which is the principle domain dispute provider in the.za space. I contributed the chapter on domain name law in South Africa to Oxford University Press’s second edition of Domain Name Law and Practice: An International Handbook. I am a member of ICANN's IPC and am also a Fellow. This is my first participation as member in a GNSO Working Group and I look forward to making a positive contribution.
