Dear Mary, dear Working Group Members, With apologies, myself and my WIPO colleagues are unable to attend tonight’s call. We have however set out preliminary replies to the questions asked of PDDRP providers in the attached document. Note that I have taken the liberty of numbering the questions for ease of reference. We hope this provides a useful contribution to tonight’s call, and indeed to the broader PDDRP discussions. We would be happy to expand on these on the next occasion (whether in-person in Helsinki or on a subsequent call). For #2, please note that the National Arbitration Forum will be on the call. The Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center (ADNDRC) is not able to attend, but has provided feedback to the WG’s current questions for the providers in writing (see attached).
For #4, the latest version of the Work Plan simply updates the previous iteration as a result of the WG Members’ decision to use a Sub Team only for the Trademark Clearinghouse data gathering exercise at this stage, and not also for the Trademark PDDRP (attached).
