Dear Working Group Members, Below are the action items from the WG call on 28 September 2017. Additionally, as per action item 2, staff has revised the language of the Additional Marketplace RPMs question 4 (first bullet) in its second occurrence, when it is being asked of trademark owners as opposed to Registry Operators. Please see the attached updated “Additional Marketplace RPMs Questions - categorized by respondent” document. Working Group members are invited to provide feedback as to whether this current phrasing adequately addresses the concerns raised during yesterday’s WG meeting. The updated text of the question is as follows: Have you been blocked from registering a second level domain name matching your registered trademark in any of the gTLDs for which Additional Marketplace RPMs are provided, as a result of the same trademark being held by another trademark owner, but for a different class of goods or services?
