On behalf of the Co-Chairs, Paul and Zak, please see the below proposed draft Subgroup “B” Remit Parameters. The Co-Chairs request that you review the proposed Remit Parameters prior to the call on June 4, 2020, and if you have any questions, concerns, or objections, state them on the Sub Group mailing list by the end of the day tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3, 2020, as otherwise the Co-Chairs intend to implement these Remit Parameters for our work going forward starting on our Thursday call.

RPM Subgroup “B” - Draft Remit Parameters

The remit of SG “B” is to review the public comments and to identify;

1. if any Public Comments provided any new and material perspectives which the WG had not considered in making its initial WG Recommendation; and

2. if any WG Recommendations received widespread and substantial opposition from interests not already considered by the WG in making its initial Recommendations;

If the SG finds that (a) and/or (b) exists, then the SB may determine that it should refer the subject Recommendation to the full WG for possible reconsideration of its initial Recommendation.

In the absence of either (a) and/or (b), then the SG will recommend to the WG that the particular Recommendation be maintained “as is”.

The Subgroup will not deliberate upon or propose any changes, revisions, or adjustments to a Recommendation in the absence of clear and substantive error.
