Hi all. Since I cannot attend due to the conflict with the Sub Pro IRT, my only request is that during this discussion, Leadership and staff be able to consider with the group which of the comments and recommendations in the summaries have been out for public comment and which have not been out for public comment. In general, this may mean distinguishing between public comment recommendations/comments and those with originate with staff. If a recommendation or comment has not been out for public comment, we should seek public comment before recommending to Council.
