Thank you all for your review of the updates made to the Criteria and Indicators (C&I). As noted by staff, no further comments were received to the updated document by the deadline, so leadership and staff have developed a clean version of the C&I. Here are the highlight of the changes:

• For the question of GNSO versus GNSO Council, all references to the Council have been deleted in Principe 3 – unless necessary according to text – per our Bylaws principles and SCCI agreement
• Per the table included with the updated C&I, we identified redandunt/replicate crieria regarding several topics and took actions to either delete or merge them:
• [Strategy Plan] P1-C3 is now the main criterion. Other redandunt/replicate crieria have been deleted and incorporated.
• [Implemtation/monitor] P2-C3 is now the main criterion. Other redandunt/replicate crieria have been deleted and incorporated.
• [Prioritization/Planning] P3-C1 is now the main criterion. Other redandunt/replicate crieria have been deleted and incorporated. 
• [Accountability] P4-C2 is now the main criterion. Other redandunt/replicate crieria have been deleted and incorporated.
• [Communication & coordination] P5-C1 s now the main criterion. Other redandunt/replicate crieria have been deleted and incorporated.

Next step for the SCCI is to take the proposed C&I to your respective SG/Cs and check if they have any suggested changes. Per our workplan, we propose that feedback, if any, be returned no later than 27 May.
