Many thanks Julie.  This is very helpful.  To Manju and Ajith,  two questions:

(1) I note in the Project Plan timeline slide that there is an overlap in timing in 2025 for the PSR Review and two other 2025 projects, i.e. CIP Part 2 and review of PDP 3.0.  Is Leadership thinking that we will add additional meetings for SCCI to cover these later topics are are we looking at assigning them to Task Force status?  Sorry if this question was already answered in Seattle.

(2) Another process question re Membership - it appears there are some positions named as Members in the SCCI Charter who have not joined SCCI.  And maybe some who were to be designated by SGs or Cs but are lacking?  (I note that the slide says the list of members is 17 out of 21?).  Does this mean that these members will not be participating and will not be weighing in with respect to the decision-making methodology described?  (Working Group guidelines are specified.)    Of course we should be trying to avoid a situation where members who have not participated in meetings are then weighing in on consensus calls.
