Pursuant to the action item agreed during SCCI Work Session at ICANN86 on Monday, 8 June 2026, please find below the updates to Criteria 4 and attached Indicators below on “domain name security threats.”:

Criteria 4: The GNSO actively combats domain name security threats.

Indicator 1: The GNSO has demonstrated meaningful activity towards mitigating DNS Abuse and security threats relating to domain names that are in scope for the GNSO ~~domain name security threats~~.

Indicator 2: 66% of surveyed respondents agree that the GNSO has demonstrated meaningful activity~~ely~~ towards mitigating DNS Abuse and security threats relating to domain names that are in scope for the GNSO~~combats domain name security threats~~.

Please review these updates with your SG/Cs and provide your feedback to SCCI when we gather for our regular call on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.
