Nomination- Ajith Francis (VC): Call for Volunteers: SCCI Chair & Vice-Chair
Dear Julie and SCCI members, We are fortunate to have a great slate of people willing to serve as leadership for the SCCI, just a note that the Chair and Vice Chair need to be from the different houses of the GNSO (in the SCCI charter) so with that in mind I would like to nominate Ajith Francis to serve as Vice Chair of the SCCI. Ajith has been instrumental in revamping the Board Seat 13 procedures for the CPH. He is steering a small team within the RySG on Cyber Incident Reporting, and have previous experience leading two consensus-driven multi-stakeholder policy development processes at the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network, and at an intra-governmental upstart within the erstwhile Planning Commission of the Government of India. We would be well served with having Ajith’s analytical mind as part of the leadership of this group should he accept this nomination.
