Thanks Marika

Given the large number of public comments that are running over the same time period I think it makes sense to extend the deadline, otherwise I do not think this comment will get the attention it should.

Subject: [GNSO-SOI-TF] Request to extend public comment forum deadline

Dear All,

We have received a request to extend the deadline for the public comment forum on the GNSO Operating Procedures from the Registry and Registrar Stakeholder Group (note the same request was made for some of the other public comment forums that are open and closing around the same time). They have indicated that they would like at least 3 weeks but hoping for no less than two weeks. Would there be any objections to extending the public comment forum to 14 November (which would be 18 additional days)? This would hopefully still allow for sufficient time for the CCOICI as well as the SOI Task Force to review the input received and submit your respective reports to the GNSO Council before the end of the year?

Please share any feedback you may have by the end of this week. If no objections are received by that point, we’ll go ahead and extend the deadline.

Best regards,

Marika
