I hope you are well. Thank you again for the conversation last week and for your thoughtful feedback on the proposed solution.

As promised, attached is the updated SPIRT notification for the proposed solution on the date to close non-responsive ASP applications (I’ve included both redline and clean versions for your convenience).

The update reflects the feedback raised suggesting to reference the close of the New gTLD Program: 2026 Round application submission period, rather than a specific calendar date.
