Thank you for completing the Doodle poll. Based on the responses received, our first meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 12:00 UTC.

Meeting Frequency:

We will meet every Tuesday for 90 minutes at 12:00 UTC beginning 12 May 2026 and continue to meet at this time in the lead up to ICANN86. One exception due to other conflicts, Tuesday, 26 May meeting will be held Wednesday, 27 May at 21:00 UTC. 

Regarding Time Zone Challenges:

We recognize that this meeting time may be challenging for some participants due to time zone differences. We appreciate your flexibility, and we may revisit the meeting time after our June face-to-face meeting to explore different options.
