The session will be held on day zero (07 June 2026) of ICANN86 at the FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre 10:00 -18:00 CEST (08:00 – 16:00 UTC)

LOGISTICAL INFORMATION:

For those attending IN PERSON, please find hereafter some useful logistical information.

• Room: Zurich (Committee Breakout 1) - Floor 3

• Shuttles will be running, check out which hotel and times of the schedule on ICANN86 SCHED webpage: https://icann86.sched.com/info?p=2
• Shuttle to the venue is approximately 25 minutes
• For those staying at the Novotel, Melia Lebreros, is close and less than a 5-minute walk to catch the shuttle
• Badges will be printed in advance, and we will have them in the room for you.
• We will have snacks during AM and PM breaks.
• Lunch will be provided

ZOOM:

An email will be sent closer to the meeting for those who will be joining remote with the Zoom join information.
