Dear SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team Members,

Thank you to those who have provided their expression of interest in being the SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team (SRT) Lead. Now that our first meeting has been scheduled for 12 May 2026, if you are interested in serving as the Lead for the Supplemental Recommendations Team, please share your interest and qualifications* on the mailing list by EOD Friday, 8 May 2026. 

We confirm that we have received EOIs from the following members:

• Marc Anderson

Voting Information

All candidates will be given an opportunity to speak about their EOI during the SRT’s first meeting on 12 May 2026. Following the candidates’ statements, the voting process will begin. Each member of the SRT will receive an eBallot on 12 May 2026. The eBallot will remain open until Wednesday, 13 May at 14:00 UTC, approximately 24-hours after the 12 May meeting concludes.

Kind reminder that GNSO Council Leadership has recommended that if more than one volunteer comes forward, the Supplemental Recommendations Team will vote on a Lead for the Supplemental Recommendations Team. The candidate who receives the majority of votes will become Lead for the Supplemental Recommendations Team.

*Expressions of Interest from Potential Leads should include:

• What is the applicant’s interest in this position?
• What particular skills and attributes does the applicant have that will assist them in leading the SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team and facilitating consensus building?
• What is the applicant's knowledge of and/or experience in SSAD related work at ICANN, if any?
• Is the applicant able to commit the time required and necessary work needed to lead the SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team?
