Thank you Andrew.  Regarding Recommendation 2, I see no reason to combine it with Recommendation 1.  I also think that the task at hand is to provided Supplemental Recommendations and not to reconfigure the original SSAD work.  I believe our SR Team should simply adopt the draft language proposed by staff in the Revised Recommendation.  This calls out the need to respond to public policy needs and the fact that it is called out in a separate Recommendation is respectful of the original work and respectful of those stakeholders who have public policy concerns.
