Thank you for applying to serve as the GNSO Liaison to the GAC.

As you know, the GNSO Council assigned the Standing Selection Committee to put forward a recommended candidate for this position for the Council’s consideration and approval. The call for candidates anticipates that once the SSC has made a selection, “. . .the SSC will contact the nr 1 candidate to confirm the proposed selection by 9 October 2020 and confirm that the candidate is still available.”

My apologies for the late notification, but I am pleased to inform you that the SSC has recommended that the GNSO Council appoint you for this role. The Council will consider this recommendation and make a decision during its 21 October meeting.

If there is any change in your availability to serve as GNSO Liaison to the GAC, can you kindly let us know as soon as possible?
