After discussing with the CPH, i have the following position :

Brian Cute is a must have person.

Stephan Van Gelder also.

And for the third seat, no special preference (Erica Varlese is a good candidate for the CPH, but is too far away on the classification).

I hope this helps, and you can reach consensus.
