The process and timeline for the UA EWG nominee is outlined as follows:

 

30 May          Announcement to SGs/Cs

13 June         Deadline for GNSO EOIs

18 June         Open poll

23 June         Close poll

24 June         SSC Evaluation meeting

24-26 June   48-hour Consensus Call

27 June         Decision and motion submitted

10 July          Selection Confirmed at GNSO Council meeting

 

The GNSO Secretariat will send a Doodle poll soon to schedule the 24 June SSC Evaluation meeting. Kindly note that the EOI announcement has already been sent to the SGs/Cs.

 

The process and proposed timeline for the GNSO Non-Registry Liaison and Non-Registry Alternate* to the CSC is:

16 July                 Deadline for GNSO EOIs

21 July                 Open poll

28 July                 Close poll

30 July                 SSC Evaluation meeting

*Groups are encouraged to fill the Non-Registry Alternate Liaison position, but it’s not mandatory. For the GNSO, it will depend on whether there are qualified candidates and the doodle poll for a SSC Evaluation meeting will be sent at a later date.
