Correct. If this item is put on the agenda for the 29 November Council meeting, the document deadline is 19 November. If, however, Council leadership determines that this should be handled by electronic ballot prior to the meeting, the
motion must be submitted earlier.

The next step is to prepare a motion for the Council’s consideration, which staff can go ahead and draft for your review. Staff is working with Council to determine whether this can go on the Council agenda for the 29 November meeting or
whether it will need to go to electronic vote to get a faster result.
Many SSC members have responded with no objection to the slate of candidates. We did not receive any response on ranking candidates #4-7 but it may be fine to send these to the GNSO council unranked which would allow the Council and RT to add extra members
based on the need for expertise and representation.
If there are no objections to this let's go ahead and finalize the list.

Following our call today regarding selection of GNSO candidates for the ATRT3, we are seeking additional input on the mailing list from those members who were unable to attend the call. Please provide input no later than Thursday 8 November
at 11:59 UTC.
Members on the call today agreed that the primary task of the SSC should be to fill vacancies in the existing list of candidates rather than seeking to make major changes to the full slate of candidates. Based on individual SSC member evaluation
of the candidates, SG/C endorsements, and discussion, and supported by poll results, members favored filling the two vacancies for primary candidates as follows. Note that the order does not matter for primary candidates. All will serve on the ATRT3:
