Dear SSC members,

As a follow-up to today’s call, the SSC has reached preliminary agreement to recommend Nitin Walia as the GNSO-Appointed Member to the Universal Acceptance (UA) Expert Working Group (EWG) (See the candidate materials here [icann-community.atlassian.net]).

If you object to this recommendation, please respond on the mailing list no later than Thursday, 26 June 2025 at 18:30 UTC. If no objections are received, the SSC will consider this to be a Full Consensus recommendation and submit it to ICANN org by 30 June 2025 and the GNSO Council with a motion for confirmation at its meeting on 10 July 2025.
