Dear SSC members,

Staff is providing you with an update on the status of the evaluation of candidates for the GNSO Non-Registry Liaison to the Customer Standing Committee (CSC), as well as a request from the Chair and Vice-Chair for your consideration.

First, the status update: As of the deadline yesterday, no Expressions of Interest (EOIs) have been received for candidates for the GNSO Non-Registry Liaison to the Customer Standing Committee (CSC).  There was one person who requested additional time to submit an application.

Second, given the lack of candidates, Carlton and Sophie suggest that the SSC should request from the GNSO Council leadership a two-week extension for the call for EOIs.  If there are no objections to an extension, on behalf of the SSC staff will ask the GNSO Council leadership for an extension. 

Please let us know as soon as possible whether you have any objection to seeking a two-week extension to the call for EOIs.
