Dear all,

To those who have newly joined the SSC, welcome! To those returning for an additional term, welcome back! Below, please find a proposed agenda for our first SSC meeting of 2021-2022 term.

For those who are new to the SSC, please take a few minutes to review the SSC charter and standard selection process document linked below in the agenda. On the call, staff will go over a few key items from these documents and answer any questions you might have.

Under agenda item 3, we will be seeking volunteers to serve as Chair and Vice Chair of the SSC for the coming year. Please note that both seats are vacant because our Chair and Vice Chair from last year have termed out of the SSC as of the Annual General Meeting. Please think about whether you might be willing to put your name forward for one of these roles.

Finally, Council has just assigned the SSC with its first selection process for this term. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourselves with the background here.
