In looking through the entire Principles Document in its current state, it seemed to me that it might be beneficial for us to agree on an outline of the document.  To get discussion on this started, here is one proposal.

 

1.       Overarching Principle

2.       Principles that apply to Policy & Implementation

3.       Principles that apply primarily to Policy

4.       Principles that apply primarily to Implementation

5.       Principles that apply to role of ICANN staff and/or the Board

6.       Explanatory notes (if needed)
